Kildonan Café is situated in the heart of South Uist on the main spinal route through Uist. The café is an ideal location for locals and visitors who are doing an island hopscotch or just passing our way.
The café is run by Barbara and Lachie MacKinnon and has been since it opened in 1998.
There is a wide variety of Hebridean delights to tempt your taste buds, from homemade soup to salads, freshly made salmon sandwiches and the home baking is a must.
Whether you’r in for a rest, a cuppa or something more filling, you will always receive a warm hebridean welcome.
The café also caters for outside catering and will take advance bookings for parties, meetings and other functions. Coach tours welcome but prior booking would be advised.
